Description
Deliciously seasoned potato wedges with garlic and Parmesan.
Ingredients (8 ingredients)

100 g Parmesan

4 TL Garlic granules

4 TL Paprika powder

4 TL Herbs, Italian

2 TL Salt

2 TL Pepper
Preparation (7 steps)
Prepare potatoes
Peel the potatoes and cut into wedges.
Chop Parmesan
Put Parmesan into the mixing bowl and chop for 10 sec./speed 10.
Transfer Parmesan
Transfer the chopped Parmesan and set aside.
Prepare marinade
Add olive oil, garlic granules, paprika powder, Italian herbs, salt and pepper to the mixing bowl and stir for 10 sec./speed 3.
Marinate potatoes
Put the potato wedges in a bowl and pour the marinade over them. Mix well so that all potatoes are covered.
Bake potatoes
Spread the marinated potato wedges on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Add Parmesan
Sprinkle the baked potato wedges with the chopped Parmesan and serve.
