Description
Simple and hearty potato soup, perfect for cold days.
Ingredients (8 ingredients)

500 g Potatoes

1 Stück Onion
-
2 Stück Carrots
-
200 g Celeriac
-
2 EL Butter
-
800 ml Vegetable broth
-
Salt and pepper
-
100 g Crème fraîche
Preparation (7 steps)
Chop onion
Put onion in the mixing bowl and chop 3 sec./level 5.
Sauté onion
Add 2 tbsp butter and sauté 3 min./120°C/level 1.
Prepare and add vegetables
Cut potatoes, carrots and celery into small pieces and put in the mixing bowl.
Sauté vegetables
Sauté 5 min./120°C/level 1.
Deglaze with broth and simmer
Add 800 ml vegetable broth and simmer 20 min./100°C/level 1.
Puree soup
Puree soup 30 sec./level 8-10, holding the lid firmly.
Season and refine
Season with salt and pepper. Stir in 100g crème fraîche and stir 10 sec./level 3.
