Description
This simple dressing for leaf salads is quickly prepared in the Thermomix®. It contains vinegar, water, sugar, salt, vegetable broth, sour cream, natural yogurt, mustard and rapeseed oil. The dressing is vegetarian, gluten-free and lactose-free and can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks. Ideal as a starter or main course.
Ingredients (9 ingredients)

125 ml Vinegar

125 ml Water

70 g Sugar

15 g Salt
-
10 g Instant Vegetable Broth

100 g Sour Cream
-
150 g Natural Yogurt
-
30 g Mustard
-
125 ml Rapeseed Oil
Preparation (6 steps)
Cook the base of the dressing
Add 125 ml vinegar, 125 ml water, 70 g sugar, 15 g salt and 10 g instant vegetable stock to the mixing bowl and heat for 5 min./100°C/speed 2. The measuring cup should remain in place.
Let cool down
Let the mixture cool down a little after the time has elapsed (approx. 2-3 minutes).
Add remaining ingredients
Add 100 g sour cream, 150 g natural yoghurt, 30 g mustard and 125 ml rapeseed oil to the Thermomix container.
Mix dressing
Mix all ingredients for 30 sec./speed 4.
Check texture
If a finer texture is desired, mix for a few more seconds on speed 5.
Fill and store
Pour the dressing into a bottle or glass with a lid and store in the refrigerator. The dressing will keep for up to 3 weeks.
