  • 3 piece Eggs
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 100 ml Oil
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 250 g Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 500 ml Whipping cream
  • 1 Pck. Cream stiffener
  • 1 Pck. Vanilla sugar
  • 250 g Quark
  • 200 g Sour cream
  • 500 g Strawberries
  • 10 piece Raffaellos

Preheat oven

Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat.

Whisk eggs and sugar until frothy

Put eggs and sugar in the mixing bowl and whisk for 3 min./speed 4.

Bake dough

Pour the dough into a greased springform pan (26 cm diameter) and bake in the preheated oven for approx. 20-25 minutes. Do the chopstick test!

Hollow out the base

After cooling, hollow out the cake base, leaving a border of approx. 1 cm. Put the hollowed-out inside into the mixing bowl.

Chop cake crumbs

Chop the cake crumbs in the mixing bowl for 10 sec./speed 5.

Whip the cream until stiff

Add cream, cream stiffener and vanilla sugar to the mixing bowl and whisk until stiff with butterfly for 2 min./speed 3.5. Observe the consistency.

Stir in quark and sour cream

Add quark and sour cream to the whipped cream and stir in for 20 sec./speed 3. Remove butterfly.

Prepare filling

Fold half of the cake crumbs into the cream. Clean and halve the strawberries and spread them on the cake base. Spread the cream over it and spread it in a dome shape.

Finish cake

Spread the remaining cake crumbs on the cream. Halve the Raffaellos and decorate the cake with them. Refrigerate the cake for at least 1 hour.
