Description

Crispy ravioli from the Thermomix® are a quick and easy vegetarian snack or a delicious appetizer. With just a few ingredients such as ravioli, eggs, breadcrumbs and Parmesan, this finger food is ready in no time. The preparation time is approx. 20 minutes for one serving. Ideal for parties, as a quick snack in between or for lovers of Italian cuisine.

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

250 g Ravioli
2 Eggs
120 g Breadcrumbs
25 g Grated Parmesan
1 TL Italian herbs
0.5 TL Salt
Oil spray

Preparation (4 steps)

Whisk eggs

Thermomix® Setting

10 sec/Speed 4/keine

Add 2 eggs to the mixing bowl and whisk for 10 sec/speed 4.

Mix dry ingredients

5 sec/Speed 3/keine

Add 120 g breadcrumbs, 25 g grated Parmesan, 1 tsp Italian herbs and ½ tsp salt to the mixing bowl and mix for 5 sec/speed 3.

Prepare ravioli

Brush 250 g ravioli with the whisked egg and then turn in the breadcrumb mixture.

Cook ravioli in the Varoma container

Thermomix® Setting

8-10 min/Varoma/Speed 2 Varoma

Add 500 ml water to the mixing bowl. Lightly grease the Varoma container with oil. Place the breaded ravioli in the Varoma container without overlapping. Attach Varoma container and cook for 8-10 min/Varoma/speed 2. Turn the ravioli halfway through.
