This Amaretto citrus cocktail is an absolute blast for any summer party! I love making it because it's so quick and super refreshing. The Amaretto harmonizes perfectly with the lemon and orange juice, giving the drink a slightly sweet and at the same time acidic note. With a few ice cubes, it is the ideal thirst quencher. Be sure to try it out, you'll love it! Perfect for a relaxing evening with friends or as an aperitif before dinner. And best of all: it's super easy to prepare!

Ingredients (5 ingredients)

5 cl Amaretto
3 cl Lemon juice
2 cl Orange juice
6 cube Ice cubes
1 slice Organic lemon

Preparation (2 steps)

Mix ingredients

Add 5 cl Amaretto, 3 cl lemon juice, 2 cl orange juice and 6 ice cubes to the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec./speed 8.

Serve cocktail

Fill two tumblers with 2–3 ice cubes each and pour the drink from the mixing bowl into them. Garnish with a slice of organic lemon each and serve immediately.
