A delicious cake with rhubarb and tonka bean.

Ingredients (3 ingredients)

  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 TL Cream of tartar baking powder
  • 250 g Butter, soft

Prepare dough

Thermomix® Setting
2 min/Kneading speed

Add 250 g flour and 1 tsp cream of tartar baking powder to the mixing bowl and mix for 10 sec/speed 4. Add 250 g soft butter and process for 2 min/kneading stage to form a dough.

Chill dough

Wrap the dough in cling film and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
