Description

This rib cube salad with sour cream is a hearty and refreshing treat, perfect for warm days! The combination of tender ribs, crunchy cucumber and juicy tomatoes, rounded off with creamy sour cream, makes it an absolute highlight. I like to make this salad when I have cooked ribs left over - a great way to use leftovers! The preparation is very simple and quick, making it ideal for spontaneous barbecue parties or as a light lunch. It tastes best when well chilled. If you like, you can add some fresh dill or chives.

Ingredients (5 ingredients)

  • 3 slice Ribs Cooked
  • 1 piece Cucumber(s)
  • 3 piece Tomato(es)
  • 2 container Sour cream
  • 200 g Salt and Pepper

Preparation (3 steps)

Prepare vegetables

Cut cucumber and tomatoes into cubes and place in a bowl. Also cut the meat from the ribs into cubes and add.

Add and season sour cream

Thermomix® Setting
10 sec/Speed 3

Put sour cream into the mixing bowl and stir for 10 sec./speed 3. Then add the sour cream to the vegetables and meat. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.

Refrigerate salad

Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least an hour so that it can soak well.
