Description
This summery turkey-pineapple salad is a light and refreshing dish that is perfect for warm days. The combination of juicy turkey, sweet pineapple and peach, crisp lettuce and crunchy banana chips makes this salad a real taste experience. I especially like to make it when things need to be quick, because it is prepared in no time at all. The coconut flakes give the turkey a slightly exotic note that harmonizes wonderfully with the other ingredients. A great dish for a light lunch or a quick dinner. If you like, you can add a few roasted almonds.
Ingredients (10 ingredients)

4 piece Turkey cutlet

2 tbsp Desiccated coconut

4 slice Pineapple

12 piece Peach slices

1 piece Salad lettuce - Butterhead lettuce

Oil orange oil
-
Balsamic vinegar
-
Salt
-
Pepper
-
Chips banana chips
Preparation (4 steps)
Prepare salad
Clean the butterhead lettuce and tear into bite-sized pieces. Cut the pineapple into small pieces and halve the peach slices. Put everything together in a bowl.
Prepare dressing
Put orange oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper into the mixing bowl and mix for 10 sec./speed 3.
Dress salad
Pour the dressing over the salad and mix carefully. Distribute the salad on plates.
Prepare banana chips
Roughly crumble the banana chips and sprinkle over the salad.
