Description

This Rocher dessert from the Thermomix® is a simple and quick dessert with Ferrero Rocher, cream and hazelnut brittle. Preparation takes about 25 minutes and yields 6 servings. Ideal as a festive dessert for chocolate and nut lovers. Thanks to the simple preparation in the Thermomix®, the recipe is guaranteed to succeed.

Ingredients (8 ingredients)

16 Stück Ferrero Rocher
400 g Cream
2 Pck. Cream stiffener
1 EL Vanilla sugar
20 g Hazelnut brittle
400 g Milk
25 g Starch
100 g Nut nougat cream

Preparation (4 steps)

Chop Rocher

Put 10 Rocher in the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec./speed 5. Transfer and chill.

Prepare pudding

8 min/194°F/Speed 3 194°F

Put milk, starch and nut nougat cream into the mixing bowl and heat for 8 min./90°C/speed 3. Transfer, cover the surface with cling film and let cool. Then chill for 2 hours. Rinse the mixing bowl with cold water.

Whip cream until stiff

Thermomix® Setting

Speed 3.5

Insert the butterfly whisk. Add cream, cream stiffener and vanilla sugar to the mixing bowl and whip until stiff on speed 3.5 without time setting under visual contact. Fold about a third of the cream into the pudding.

Layer dessert

Layer cream, pudding and "Rocher" alternately in the glasses. Finish with a layer of cream. Garnish with "Rocher" balls and hazelnut brittle before serving.
