Description

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

1 Stück Puff pastry
1 Bund Spring onions
1 Pck Cream cheese or sour cream
150 g Ham
Pepper
Salt

Preparation (6 steps)

Cut spring onions

Place the WunderSlicer V2 on the mixing bowl lid and select the fine slice. Pass the spring onions through the shaft and cut directly into a bowl. Alternatively, cut the spring onions into fine rings by hand.

Prepare onions and ham

Cut the chopped spring onions and ham into small cubes.

Prepare filling

Put cream cheese or sour cream, spring onions and ham in a bowl. Season with pepper and some salt. Add some herbs of Provence if necessary.

Cover and roll the dough

Roll out the puff pastry and spread the prepared filling evenly on it.

Cut roll

Carefully roll up the dough and cut into approx. 3 cm thick slices.

Bake pizza tart rolls

Place the dough slices on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approx. 10 minutes until golden brown. The baking time may vary depending on the desired degree of browning.
