Diese Protein Erdnussbutter Kekse sind ein absoluter Hit für alle, die es süß und gleichzeitig proteinreich mögen! Ich mache sie super gerne, wenn ich nach dem Sport einen kleinen, aber nahrhaften Snack brauche. Die Zubereitung ist denkbar einfach und geht dank des Thermomix® blitzschnell. Die Kekse sind schön weich und haben einen intensiven Erdnussbuttergeschmack. Perfekt für den kleinen Hunger zwischendurch oder als süße Belohnung nach einem anstrengenden Tag. Sie sind nicht nur lecker, sondern liefern auch eine ordentliche Portion Protein. Ein absolutes Lieblingsrezept!

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

  • 1 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1 piece large egg
  • 1 dash vanilla extract (Optional)
  • 0.66666666666667 cup white sugar
  • 0.5 cup whey protein powder
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). This step does not involve the Thermomix.

Add 1 cup smooth peanut butter, 1 large egg, and 1 dash vanilla extract (Optional) to the Thermomix bowl. Mix for 20 Sec./Stufe 3.

Add ⅔ cup white sugar, ½ cup whey protein powder, and ¼ teaspoon salt to the Thermomix bowl. Mix for 30 Sec./Stufe 4.

Kekse formen

Scoop the mixture out with a tablespoon and roll into 3/4-inch balls. Place onto ungreased baking sheets, about 1/2 inch apart. Flatten each cookie to 1/4-inch thickness with a fork. This step does not involve the Thermomix.

Kekse backen

Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown on the edges, about 6 minutes. Let cool for at least 3 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. This step does not involve the Thermomix.
