Description

This baked cheese dip from the Thermomix® is a hearty delight with Gouda, Mozzarella, cream cheese, sour cream, and garlic. The dried Italian herbs give it a Mediterranean touch. Prepared in about 60 minutes, the recipe yields 4 servings. Ideal as finger food or an appetizer for parties and social evenings, especially suitable for lovers of vegetarian and warm cuisine.

Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • 3 Stück Garlic bulbs
  • 2 EL Olive oil
  • 150 g Gouda, in pieces
  • 350 g Cream cheese
  • 200 g Sour cream
  • 125 g Mozzarella, in pieces
  • 1.5 TL Dried Italian herbs
  • 0.5 TL Salt
  • 3 Prisen Pepper
  • 50 g Milk

Preparation (4 steps)

Prepare and bake garlic

Preheat oven to 200°C top/bottom heat. Cut off the top of the garlic bulbs about 1 cm wide so that each clove is cut. Place garlic bulbs with the cut side up in a baking dish, drizzle with 2 tbsp olive oil and bake for 35-40 minutes.

Chop Gouda

Place 150 g Gouda in pieces in the mixing bowl and chop for 6 sec/speed 7. Transfer half of the cheese.

Prepare cheese mixture

Place 350 g cream cheese, 200 g sour cream, 125 g mozzarella in pieces, 1.5 tsp dried Italian herbs, 0.5 tsp salt, 3 pinches of pepper, 50 g milk and the squeezed garlic cloves in the mixing bowl and stir for 20 sec/speed 5.

Bake cheese dip

Pour the cheese mixture into a baking dish (Ø 22 cm), sprinkle with the remaining Gouda and bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
