Description
This creamy cream sauce is a real all-rounder and goes perfectly with meat, vegetables or pasta. I love making it because it's so quick and you usually have the ingredients at home. The sauce gets a nice color and a slightly spicy taste from the tomato paste. If you like it a little finer, you can pass the sauce through a sieve at the end. An absolute must for every sauce lover! It is ready in just 15 minutes and tastes simply delicious. Ideal when you need something quick.
Ingredients (7 ingredients)

30 g Butter

30 g Flour
-
1 tbsp Tomato paste

400 ml Beef stock
-
200 g Cream
-
to taste Salt
-
to taste Pepper
Preparation (4 steps)
Melt butter and prepare roux
Add 30g butter to the mixing bowl and melt for 3 min./50°C/speed 1. Add 30g flour and sauté for 3 min./100°C/speed 2.
Add tomato paste
Add 1 tbsp tomato paste and simmer for 1 min./100°C/speed 2.
Finish sauce
Add 400ml beef stock and 200g cream to the mixing bowl and stir for 5 min./90°C/speed 3.
Seasoning
Season the cream sauce with salt and pepper and stir for 1 min./90°C/speed 2.
Finished cooking? Great! 🎉
