Description

This creamy seasoning sauce is inspired by Dutch cuisine and tastes simply delicious with fries, grilled food or as a dip for vegetables. The base is a creamy mayonnaise, refined with curry, ketchup and mustard. Fresh onion and pickled cucumber provide the special bite. The sauce is perfectly seasoned with lemon juice, salt and pepper. The preparation is very simple and quick, ideal for spontaneous barbecues or parties. An absolute must for all sauce lovers!

Ingredients (9 ingredients)

1 piece Onion
1 piece Pickled cucumber
250 g Mayonnaise
1 tsp Curry
2 tbsp Ketchup
2 tsp Mustard
to taste Salt
to taste Pepper
2 tsp Lemon juice

Preparation (2 steps)

Chop onion and pickled cucumber

Add 1 peeled onion to the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./level 5. Add 1 pickled cucumber and chop for another 3 sec./level 5. Use the spatula to push everything down from the edge.

Prepare sauce

Add 250 g mayonnaise, 1 tsp curry, 2 tbsp ketchup, 2 tsp mustard, salt, pepper and 2 tsp lemon juice to the onions and pickled cucumbers in the mixing bowl and stir for 10 sec./level 3.
