Description

These vegan walnut balls in tomato sauce are a hearty and satisfying dish that is perfect for colder days. The combination of walnuts, lentils and spices makes the balls particularly aromatic. I like to make them when I want to cook something hearty and vegan. The preparation is a bit more complex, but the result is worth it! The tomato sauce rounds off the dish perfectly. Served with pasta or rice, it makes a great main course. The balls can also be prepared well in advance and frozen.
