Description
These savory toast bites are a quick and easy snack for any party or cozy evening. Topped with crème fraîche, diced ham, onions, and cheese, they are ready in just 25 minutes. The recipe is designed for 2 servings and is perfect as finger food or a small main course. Preparation is done with the Thermomix®.

200 ml Crème fraîche

100 g Diced ham

200 g Cheese, grated

Preparation (4 steps)
Chop the onion
Place half an onion in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec/speed 5. If necessary, scrape down the sides with the spatula.
Prepare the topping
Add crème fraîche, a splash of cream, diced ham, grated cheese, salt, pepper, and chives to the mixing bowl. Mix for 10 sec/speed 3.
Top the toast
Spread the toast slices on a baking sheet and spread with the prepared mixture.
Bake the toast
Bake the topped toast slices in a preheated oven at 200°C top/bottom heat for about 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
