Description

This chocolate bundt cake from the Thermomix® is a moist cake with dark chocolate, butter and eggs. It belongs to the cake category and is ideal for festive occasions or with coffee.   • 150 g Dark chocolate
  • 250 g Butter
  • Salt
  • 225 g Sugar
  • 1 Pek. Vanilla sugar
  • 6 Stück Eggs
  • 500 g Flour
  • 1 Pck. Baking powder
  • 3 EL Milk
  • 200 g Whole milk couverture chocolate
  • 20 g Coconut fat
  • 100 g Cream

Chop and melt chocolate

Coarsely chop the chocolate and put 50 g of chocolate into the mixing bowl. Melt in a warm water bath. Let cool slightly. Melt for 3 min./50°C/speed 1.

Preheat oven

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees (convection oven 155 degrees).

Beat butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy

Put the butter, salt, sugar and vanilla sugar in the mixing bowl and beat until fluffy for 3 min./speed 3.

Stir in eggs one at a time

Add the eggs one at a time and stir in for 15 sec./speed 3. Stir everything into a light yellow cream.

Stir in melted chocolate

Add the melted chocolate and stir in for 15 sec./speed 3.

Mix and stir in flour and baking powder

Mix the flour with baking powder and sift. Then stir in alternately with the milk. 30 sec./speed 3.

Fold in chopped chocolate

Fold in the chopped dark chocolate. 10 sec./reverse/speed 2.

Fill the dough into the mold and bake

Pour the batter into a greased bundt cake pan and bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack for approx. 60 min.

Let the cake cool down

Remove the cake and let it rest a little. Then remove from the mold and let cool slightly.

Melt the couverture chocolate

Put the couverture chocolate and coconut fat in the mixing bowl and melt in a warm water bath. 3 min./50°C/speed 1.

Coat the Bundt cake

Coat the Bundt cake with it and let it set.

Whip the cream until stiff

Put the cream in the mixing bowl and whisk with the butterfly for 2 min./speed 3.5 until stiff.

Decorate

Garnish the chocolate bundt cake with cream dollops and chocolate ornaments to taste.
