Description
This chocolate cream cream slice is a delicious cake that is perfect for festive occasions. Preparation takes about 40 minutes and the difficulty is medium. The cake consists of a fluffy dough with chocolate flavor and a creamy cream cream. Ideal as a dessert or with coffee.

Preparation (5 steps)
Beat eggs and sugar
Add 4 eggs and 20 dag crystal sugar to the mixing bowl and beat for 3 minutes/speed 4.
Mix and fold in dry ingredients
Mix 15 dag flour, 4 dag cornstarch, 1 leveled teaspoon of baking powder and 3 dag cocoa in a separate bowl. Then carefully fold in the dry ingredients under the drive.
Bake dough
Line a baking sheet with baking paper, spread the mixture finger-high and bake at 170°C for about 20 minutes.
Prepare cream cream
Add 7 dag cooking chocolate, 1/16 l water, 1 packet of vanilla sugar and 4 sheets of gelatin to the mixing bowl and melt for 5 min./50°C/speed 2.
Fold in cream
Add 3/8 l cream and stir in for 10 sec./speed 3.
