Description

These small chocolate cupcakes with liquid center are an absolute delight! I especially like to make them when it's cold outside and you're longing for something warm and sweet. Preparation in the Thermomix® is super easy and quick, so you can spoil even spontaneous guests with them. The liquid center is the highlight and makes these cupcakes something very special. They taste best still warm, straight from the Varoma. A touch of powdered sugar rounds the whole thing off.

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

  • 170 g Chocolate dark
  • 170 g Butter
  • 3 piece Egg yolk
  • 3 Ei(er) Egg
  • 60 g Sugar
  • 50 g Flour

Preparation (5 steps)

Melt chocolate and butter

Thermomix® Setting
3 min/176°F/Speed 2 80

Put the chocolate in the mixing bowl and chop for 20 sec/speed 4 to 10 increasing. Add the butter and melt for 3 min./80°C/speed 2.

Mix eggs, egg yolks and sugar

Thermomix® Setting
30 sec/Speed 3

Add eggs, egg yolks and sugar and mix for 30 sec/speed 3.

Stir in flour

Thermomix® Setting
15 sec/Speed 3

Finally, add the flour and mix for 15 sec/speed 3.

Fill molds and cook in the Varoma

Thermomix® Setting
25 min/Varoma/Speed 1 Varoma

Fill the mixture into soufflé dishes or ordinary coffee cups and place in the Varoma. Fill the mixing bowl with 1 l of water and place in the Varoma for 25 min./Varoma/speed 1.

Prepare molds (optional)

If you want to turn the cupcakes out, butter and flour the molds beforehand.
