Description

These chocolate snakes are a delicious pastry, ideal for the Christmas season. The recipe is easy to prepare and requires only a few ingredients. Ingredients (6 ingredients)

  • 250 g Butter
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 Ei Egg
  • 100 g melted Chocolate
  • 1 Prise Cinnamon
  • 350 g Flour

Mix Butter, Sugar and Egg

Add 250g Butter, 100g Sugar and 1 Egg to the mixing bowl and mix for 2 min./speed 3.

Add melted Chocolate, Cinnamon and Flour

Add 100g melted Chocolate, 1 pinch of Cinnamon and 350g Flour and knead for 2 min./kneading level.

Baking

Shape the dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C top/bottom heat for approx. 10-12 minutes.
