Description

This homemade pasta recipe is so simple that it will surprise you. You don't need egg or machine to make it, just wheat flour and water. The dough is prepared in the blink of an eye, and after a short rest in the fridge, it will be ready to give it the shape you like best. I usually make small churros, but you can experiment with other shapes. It is a perfect recipe for a quick and economical meal, ideal for vegetarians and vegans. Go ahead and try it and enjoy fresh and delicious pasta!

Ingredients (2 ingredients)

  • 400 g wheat flour
  • 200 ml water

Preparation of the dough

Thermomix® Setting
20 Seg./Speed 4, 2 min/Amasar

Place 400 g of wheat flour in the Thermomix bowl. Add 200 ml of warm water. Mix for 20 seconds/Speed 4. Then, knead for 2 minutes/Knead Function.

Final kneading and resting

Remove the dough from the bowl, form a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. This will make the dough easier to handle.

Pasta shaping

After resting, divide the dough into portions. Shape churros with your hands on a floured surface. Cut the churros into small pieces and shape them with a knife and your hands. Cover the remaining dough with a damp cloth to prevent it from drying out.

Pasta cooking

Boil water with salt in a pot. Cook the pasta for 3-5 minutes, or until al dente. Drain the pasta and serve with your favorite sauce.
