Description

This chocolate Bundt cake is a true delight for all chocolate lovers! I particularly like to bake it at Christmas time, but of course it tastes good all year round. The combination of dark and milk chocolate makes it particularly juicy and aromatic. Thanks to the preparation in the Thermomix®, it is super easy and quick to make. An absolute favorite recipe that is well received on every occasion. Be sure to try it! The Bundt cake is perfect for birthdays, coffee parties or just for enjoying. It can also be prepared well in advance and stays fresh for a few days.

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

  • 200 g Bittersweet chocolate
  • 100 g Whole milk chocolate
  • 200 g Butter
  • 210 g Sugar
  • 6 piece Egg(s)
  • 200 g Wheat flour Type 405
  • 1 Pck. Baking powder

Preparation (7 steps)

Chop chocolate

Thermomix® Setting

Put 50 g bittersweet chocolate into the mixing bowl and chop for 8 sec./speed 8. Then transfer the chopped chocolate into a container.

Melt chocolate and butter

Thermomix® Setting
4 min/122°F/Speed 2 50

Put the remaining bittersweet chocolate (150g), the whole milk chocolate (100g) and the butter (200g) into the mixing bowl and melt for 4 min./50°C/speed 2.

Stir in eggs and sugar

Thermomix® Setting
1 min/Speed 3.5

Add sugar (210g) and eggs (6 pieces) to the melted chocolate mixture in the mixing bowl and stir for 1 min./speed 3.5.

Stir in flour and baking powder

Thermomix® Setting
20 sec/Speed 4

Add flour (200g) and baking powder (1 packet) and stir for 20 sec./speed 4.

Stir in chocolate pieces

Thermomix® Setting
10 sec/Linkslauf/Speed 2 Reverse

Put the previously chopped chocolate pieces (50g) into the mixing bowl and stir for 10 sec./reverse/speed 2.

Pour dough into mold

Pour the dough into a greased Bundt cake tin (approx. 2 liters capacity) sprinkled with breadcrumbs or semolina.

Bake Bundt cake

Bake the Bundt cake in a preheated oven at 160 °C circulating air for about 50 minutes. After baking, leave in the switched off oven for 10 minutes.
