Description

Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • 1 piece Carrot
  • 0.5 piece Leek
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 40 gramos Rice
  • 150 gramos Cauliflower
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Ground black pepper
  • 1 hoja Bay leaf
  • 600 mililitros Water
  • 3 cucharadas soperas Olive oil

Preparation (7 steps)

Prepare the vegetables

Peel and cut the carrot into slices. Cut the leek into thin slices. Peel the clove of garlic.

Sauté the leek and garlic

Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the bowl. Incorporate the leek and garlic. Sauté for 2 Min./120°C/Stufe 1.

Add the carrot

Add the carrot in slices to the bowl. Cook for 3 Min./120°C/Stufe 1. Add a pinch of salt and ground black pepper.

Incorporate the cauliflower

Wash and cut the cauliflower into florets. Add the cauliflower to the bowl. Stir well and cook for 2 Min./120°C/Stufe 1.

Add the water and bay leaf

Incorporate 600 ml of water and the bay leaf to the bowl. Rectify with salt. Program 20 Min./100°C/Stufe 1.

Add the rice

15 min/212°F/Speed 1 100 Reverse

Add 40 grams of rice to the bowl. Cook for 15 Min./100°C/Stufe 1/Linkslauf.

Serve

Remove the clove of garlic and the bay leaf before serving. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil per serving when serving.
