Description

This red fruit sorbet is a refreshing and healthy treat for the summer. With watermelon, raspberries, strawberries, and yogurt, it is light, vegan, and lactose-free. Prepared in just 15 minutes and ideal for 2 servings as a dessert or snack.

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

  • 150 g Watermelon (without peel, well chilled)
  • 130 g Frozen raspberries
  • 130 g Frozen strawberries
  • 130 g Greek yogurt (10% fat)
  • 0.5 Stück Juice of half a lemon
  • 2 EL Maple syrup or rice syrup

Preparation

Place two nice freezer-safe glasses in the freezer until serving. Cut watermelon into pieces and remove large seeds.

Mix sorbet

Thermomix® Setting
30 sec/Speed 8

Put the melon pieces with 130g frozen raspberries, 130g frozen strawberries, 130g Greek yogurt (10% fat), juice of half a lemon and 2 tbsp maple syrup or rice syrup into the mixing bowl and mix for 30 sec./speed 8 to a creamy sorbet.

Immediately fill into the chilled glasses and serve.
