Description

This creamy tomato noodle soup is a comforting dish that is very easy to prepare with the Thermomix®. Ideal for those cold days when you need a quick and tasty meal. The fried tomato base gives it a sweet touch and the cream makes it a very smooth and pleasant soup on the palate. Perfect for children, although I add a spicy touch with jalapeño for adults. A simple recipe that is always a hit at home! It is prepared in less than 20 minutes and is an economical and nutritious option for any day of the week.

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

  • 1200 ml Water
  • 200 gr Fried tomato
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 1 piece Chicken concentrated broth tablet
  • 150 gr Noodles
  • 1 al gusto Salt

Preparation (4 steps)

Boil the water with the broth

Thermomix® Setting
12 min/212°F/Speed 1 100

Pour 1200 ml of water into the Thermomix bowl. Add 1 chicken concentrated broth tablet and salt to taste. Program 12 Min./100°C/Level 1.

Add the noodles

Thermomix® Setting
12 min/194°F/Linkslauf Speed 1 90 Reverse

Once the water is boiling, add 150 g of noodles to the bowl. Lower the temperature to 90°C and program 12 Min./90°C/Reverse running Level 1. Stir occasionally with the spatula to prevent the noodles from sticking.

Incorporate the tomato and cream

Thermomix® Setting
3 min/194°F/Linkslauf Speed 1 90 Reverse

After 12 minutes, add 200 g of fried tomato and 100 ml of cream to the bowl. Program 3 Min./90°C/Reverse running Level 1. Taste and adjust the salt if necessary.

Serve

Serve the soup hot. Optionally, add a chopped jalapeño to taste.
