Description

This bean soup with meat and vegetables is a comforting and nutritious dish, perfect for cold days. The recipe is very easy to prepare with the Thermomix®, which makes it an ideal option for a quick and healthy meal. Red beans provide a creamy texture and a delicious flavor, while ground meat and vegetables add essential proteins and vitamins. I often prepare it in winter and it is always a success at home. Go ahead and try it, you will love it! You can add a little white rice to make it even more complete.

Ingredients (11 ingredients)

  • 2 piece Carrot
  • 1 can Sweet corn
  • 300 gramos Cooked red beans (with their respective cooking broth)
  • 2 tazas Vegetable broth
  • 1 piece White onion
  • 200 gramos Pea
  • 1 pinch Parsley
  • 400 gramos Ground meat
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Garlic paste

Preparation (8 steps)

Chop the onion

Thermomix® Setting

Place the white onion in the Thermomix glass and chop for 3 seconds at speed 5.

Sauté the onion

5 min/248°F/Speed 1 120

Add a little sunflower oil to the Thermomix glass and sauté the onion for 5 minutes at 120°C and speed 1.

Brown the ground meat

In a separate pan, brown the ground meat with salt, pepper and garlic paste. Reserve.

Add the broth

Pour the vegetable broth and the cooking broth of the beans into the Thermomix glass.

Cook the hard vegetables

Thermomix® Setting
15 min/212°F/Speed 1 100

Add the carrots (2 units, in squares) and the peas (200 grams) to the Thermomix glass. Cook for 15 minutes at 100°C and speed 1.

Add the corn

Thermomix® Setting
5 min/212°F/Speed 1 100

Add the sweet corn (1 can) to the Thermomix glass. Cook for 5 minutes at 100°C and speed 1.

Incorporate the meat and beans

Thermomix® Setting
10 min/194°F/Speed 1/Linkslauf 90 Reverse

Add the browned ground meat (400 grams) and the cooked red beans (300 grams) with their broth to the Thermomix glass. Cook for 10 minutes at 90°C, speed 1 and left turn.

Serve

Serve the soup hot and sprinkle with chopped parsley (1 pinch).
