Description

Hearty and quick lasagna soup.

Ingredients (16 ingredients)

  • 1 Stück Onion
  • 2 Zehen Garlic
  • 1 EL Olive oil
  • 1 Stück Bell pepper
  • 1 Stück Zucchini
  • 1 Stange Celery
  • 500 g Minced meat
  • 500 g Passed Tomatoes
  • 500 ml Vegetable broth
  • 2 TL Italian herb mixture
  • 1 EL Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Prise Sweetener
  • 1 Prise Salt
  • 1 Prise Pepper
  • 100 g Cream cheese
  • 50 g Grated cheese

Preparation (7 steps)

Chop onion and garlic

Add onion to the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5. Push down with the spatula. Add garlic and chop for 3 sec./speed 7. Push down with the spatula.

Sauté onion and garlic

Add olive oil to the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Add and chop vegetables

Add bell pepper, zucchini and celery to the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec./speed 4. Push down with the spatula.

Fry meat

Fry minced meat in a separate pan until crumbly.

Cook soup

Add passed tomatoes, vegetable broth, Italian herb mixture, balsamic vinegar, sweetener, salt and pepper to the mixing bowl. Add fried minced meat and cook for 20 min./100°C/speed 1.

Add cheese

Add cream cheese to the mixing bowl and stir for 2 min./60°C/speed 2.

Serve

Fill the lasagna soup into bowls and sprinkle with grated cheese.
