Description

This noodle stew with chicken and vegetables is a comforting and flavorful dish, perfect for cooler days. The combination of tender chicken with the sautéed vegetables and a touch of wine makes it a complete and delicious meal. I prepare it often because it is very easy to make and everyone at home loves it. Also, it can be adapted to everyone's tastes, adding other vegetables or spices. A spoon dish that will transport you to grandma's kitchen! Ideal for a family meal or to take in a container to work. It is prepared in less than an hour and is very economical.

Ingredients (16 ingredients)

  • 2 piece chicken hindquarters
  • 300 gramos crushed tomato
  • 300 centímetros cúbicos vegetable stock
  • 2 cucharadas soperas oil
  • 1 piece onion
  • 0.5 piece red pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 piece carrot
  • 0.5 copa wine
  • 200 gramos dry noodles
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 piece bay leaf
  • 1 pinch sweet paprika
  • 1 pinch thyme
  • 1 pinch ground chili

Preparation of the vegetables

Peel the onion and garlic clove. Cut the onion into quarters and the garlic in half. Place in the bowl and chop for 3 seconds at speed 5.

Add 2 tablespoons of oil to the bowl. Program 3 minutes, temperature 120°C and speed 1.

Add the rest of the vegetables

Wash and cut the red pepper into medium pieces. Peel and cut the carrot into thin slices. Add the red pepper and carrot to the bowl. Program 5 seconds at speed 4.

Cook the vegetables

Brown the chicken

Remove the skin and fat from the chicken pieces. In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and brown the chicken on both sides. Remove the chicken and reserve.

Add the wine and tomato

Add ½ glass of wine to the bowl and program 2 minutes, Varoma temperature and speed 1, without the measuring cup so that the alcohol evaporates.

Incorporate the tomato and seasonings

Add 300 grams of crushed tomato, salt, pepper, bay leaf, sweet paprika, thyme and ground chili to the bowl. Mix well with the spatula.

Cook the chicken in the sauce

Incorporate the chicken into the bowl. Program 20 minutes, temperature 100°C, speed 1 and left turn.

Add the stock and noodles

Add 300 cubic centimeters of boiling vegetable stock and 200 grams of dry noodles to the bowl. Stir with the spatula.

Cook the noodles

Program the time indicated on the noodle package, temperature 100°C, speed 1 and left turn. Stir occasionally with the spatula to prevent them from sticking.
