Ingredients (8 ingredients)

  • 8 ounce dry spaghetti
  • 8 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper, or to taste (optional)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Cook the spaghetti

Fill the mixing bowl with 1.5 liters of water and 1 teaspoon of salt. Bring to a boil for 10 Min./100°C/Stufe 1.

Add spaghetti

Add 8 ounces of dry spaghetti to the mixing bowl and cook for 8 Min./100°C/Stufe 1/Linkslauf. Check if the pasta is al dente, if not cook for another minute.

Drain the spaghetti

Drain the spaghetti using the simmering basket and set aside.

Melt the butter and garlic

Add 8 tablespoons of butter and 2 tablespoons of minced garlic to the mixing bowl. Melt for 3 Min./60°C/Stufe 2.

Season the butter sauce

Add 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley, salt, freshly ground black pepper to taste, and 1 pinch of cayenne pepper (optional) to the mixing bowl. Mix for 10 Sek./Stufe 3.

Combine pasta and sauce

Add the cooked spaghetti to the mixing bowl with the butter sauce. Toss for 20 Sek./Stufe 2/Linkslauf to coat the pasta evenly.

1 min/140°F/Speed 1/Linkslauf 60 Reverse

Heat the pasta through for 1 Min./60°C/Stufe 1/Linkslauf, allowing the pasta to absorb some of the butter. Adjust seasonings if necessary.
