Description

I love preparing this pasta with anchovies! It's a simple, quick, and flavorful dish, perfect for a weekday dinner. The crunchy touch of toasted breadcrumbs makes it irresistible. The original recipe calls for tomato paste, but sometimes I prefer to use purée and some fresh cherry tomatoes for a lighter, fruitier taste. A pinch of chili pepper adds that extra touch that never hurts. Ideal for those who love strong flavors and Mediterranean cuisine. Try it, you won't regret it!

Ingredients (8 ingredients)

  • 320 g spaghetti
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 10 filetti anchovy in oil
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • chili pepper
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • parsley for garnish

Preparation of breadcrumbs

Put 50 g of breadcrumbs in the bowl and toast for 3 Min./120°C/Stufe 3. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.

Preparation of the sautéed mixture

Put 1 clove of garlic in the bowl and chop for 3 Sek./Stufe 7. Add extra virgin olive oil as needed, 10 fillets of anchovy in oil and chili pepper as needed and sauté for 5 Min./120°C/Stufe 1.

Addition of tomato paste

Add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste in the bowl and mix for 1 Min./100°C/Stufe 1.

Cooking the pasta

Cook 320 g of spaghetti in abundant salted water following the instructions on the package. Meanwhile, save a ladle of cooking water.

Pasta seasoning

Drain the pasta and pour it into the bowl with the sauce. Add a ladle of cooking water and mix for 1 Min./Stufe 2/Linkslauf.

Addition of breadcrumbs

Thermomix® Setting
30 sec/Speed 1/Linkslauf Reverse

Add the toasted breadcrumbs to the pasta and mix gently for 30 Sek./Stufe 1/Linkslauf to distribute it evenly.

Plate the pasta, garnish with chopped parsley as needed and serve immediately.
