This recipe for spaghetti with meatballs is an absolute classic that is popular with young and old alike.   • 100 g Parma ham, finely chopped
  • 50 g Parmesan, freshly grated
  • 1 piece Bread roll, fresh, without crust and cubed
  • 0.5 bunch Parsley, smooth, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Sour Cream
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • to taste Nutmeg
  • 1 piece Onion(s), finely chopped
  • 2 clove Garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 Stange Celery stalk, finely chopped
  • 1 Möhre(n) Carrot(s), finely chopped
  • Fat for frying
  • 100 ml White wine, dry
  • 100 ml Chicken broth
  • 1 can Pizza tomatoes, unseasoned, à 800 g
  • 200 g Cream
  • 30 g Butter
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • to taste Sugar
  • 500 g Spaghetti

Preparation (11 steps)

Prepare meatballs

Put 500 g of mixed minced meat, 100 g of finely chopped Parma ham, 50 g of freshly grated Parmesan, 1 cubed bread roll without crust, 0.5 bunch of finely chopped smooth parsley, 1 tbsp of sour cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg in a bowl and mix well. Form tennis ball-sized balls from the mixture and set aside.
