Description

These spicy beer bratwursts in a bun are an absolute highlight for any barbecue! The wild bratwursts are marinated in beer beforehand, which gives them an incomparable aroma. The Sriracha mayonnaise provides the necessary spiciness, while the kimchi contributes a pleasant acidity and crunchy texture. The fresh coriander and black sesame round off the whole thing perfectly. A quick and uncomplicated dish that is guaranteed to please everyone. Ideal for students or as a hearty snack in between.

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

  • 4 Stück Wild bratwurst
  • 4 Stück Hot dog buns
  • 500 Milliliter Beer
  • 150 Gramm Kimchi
  • 150 Milliliter Sriracha Mayonnaise
  • 1 Bündel Coriander
  • Black sesame

Preparation (7 steps)

Marinate bratwursts

Prick the wild bratwursts with a sharp knife and marinate in a deep bowl with the beer in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Chop coriander

Put the coriander in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5. Then transfer.

Prepare grill

Preheat the grill to about 220-250 degrees Celsius.

Grill hot dog buns

Halve the hot dog buns lengthwise with a knife and grill over direct heat on the grill for a few seconds until crispy.

Grill bratwursts

Remove the wild bratwursts from the marinade and grill from all sides until golden brown for 3-5 minutes.

Reduce marinade

Then pour the remaining marinade over the bratwursts for an even more intense flavor and let it reduce.

To serve

To serve, spread the pretzel sticks / hot dog buns on both halves with the Sriracha mayonnaise, place a bratwurst per bun, garnish with kimchi, coriander and black sesame to taste and place the top half on top.
