Description
This Thermomix® recipe for Spritz cookies is a classic for the Christmas season. The main ingredients are butter, sugar, egg yolk and flour. In about 60 minutes, delicious cookies are created, ideal as a dessert or finger food. The recipe is perfect for festive occasions and baking with the family.

500 g Butter

4 Stück Vanilla sugar

500 g Sugar

6 Stück Egg yolk

2 EL Milk

1 kg Flour

4 TL Baking powder
Preparation (5 steps)
Mix butter, vanilla sugar and sugar
Add 500 g butter, 4 packets vanilla sugar and 500 g sugar to the mixing bowl and mix for 30 sec./speed 4.
Add egg yolks
Add 6 egg yolks and mix for 20 sec./speed 4.
Add milk
Add 2 tbsp milk and mix for 10 sec./speed 3.
Add flour and baking powder
Add 1 kg flour and 4 level tsp baking powder and process into a dough for 2 min./kneading stage.
Process dough
Fill the dough into a piping bag and pipe onto a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C top/bottom heat for approx. 10-12 minutes.
