Description

This recipe for Viennese Sticks is a simple and delicious pastry, ideal for the Christmas season. Preparation takes only 10 minutes, and the ingredients are easily available.   • 275 g Butter
  • 125 g sifted Powdered sugar
  • 300 g Flour
  • 5 EL Milk
  • 20 g Cocoa
  • White chocolate

Preparation (4 steps)

Add butter, powdered sugar, flour, milk and cocoa to the mixing bowl

Add 275g butter, 125g sifted powdered sugar, 300g flour, 5 tbsp milk and 20g cocoa to the mixing bowl.

Mix ingredients

Pipe the dough into crescents and dip in white chocolate after baking.

Bake the crescents at 180°C circulating air.
