Ingredients (11 ingredients)

1 kg Peppers

1 l Water
-
50 g Salt
-
150 ml Vinegar
-
1 tsp Pepper and mustard seeds

Cumin
-
Coriander
-
Bay leaves
-
Thyme
-
Rosemary
-
Oregano
Preparation (7 steps)
Add water, vinegar, salt and spices to the mixing bowl
Add 1 liter water, 150 ml vinegar, 50 g salt, pepper and mustard seeds, cumin, coriander, bay leaves and herbs to taste (thyme, rosemary or oregano) to the mixing bowl.
Boil broth
Close the mixing bowl and attach the measuring cup. Boil the broth for 10 min./100°C/level 1.
Let broth cool
Let the broth cool completely.
Prepare peppers
Wash, core and cut 1 kg of peppers into strips or cubes.
Fill peppers into jars
Place the peppers in the previously cleaned preserving jars.
Pour broth over peppers
Pour the cooled broth over the peppers so that they are completely covered.
Boil peppers
Boil the filled jars either in a preserving pot or in the oven at 90 °C for 30 minutes.
