Description

These spice-marinated chicken wings are a real treat! I often prepare them for aperitifs with friends or for a quick and tasty dinner. The marinade, with its mixture of garlic, coriander, cumin and chilli, gives the wings an irresistibly spicy taste. The trick is to marinate the wings for at least 10 hours so that they are well soaked in all the flavours. It is a simple dish to make, perfect for lovers of spicy cuisine and which is sure to please the whole family. They can be served with a green salad or homemade fries for a complete meal.

Ingredients (9 ingredients)

  • 8 piece Chicken wing(s)
  • 2 clove Minced garlic
  • 1 c. à soupe Coriander powder
  • 0.5 c. à café Hot chilli(es)
  • 1 c. à café Ground cumin
  • 1 c. à café Curry
  • 2 c. à café Olive oil
  • 2 c. à café Cider vinegar
  • 1 c. à café Soy sauce

Preparation of the marinade

In the Thermomix bowl, add the minced garlic (2 cloves), coriander powder (1 tablespoon), hot chilli (0.5 teaspoon), ground cumin (1 teaspoon), curry (1 teaspoon), olive oil (2 teaspoons), cider vinegar (2 teaspoons) and soy sauce (1 teaspoon). Mix.

Preparation of the chicken wings

Thermomix® Setting

Slice off the end of the chicken wings (8) and cut them in half at the joint. Add the chicken wings to the Thermomix bowl containing the spice mixture and mix to coat well.

Marinade

Transfer the marinated chicken wings to a container, cover and marinate for 10 hours in the refrigerator.

Baking in the oven

Preheat the oven to 200 °C (th. 7). Place the chicken wings on an oiled baking sheet and bake for 15 to 30 minutes, until the wings are golden brown, turning them halfway through cooking.
