Description

This stuffed pasta with turkey spinach filling is a real treat! I like to make it when I want to cook something special without spending hours in the kitchen. The filling of tender turkey, spinach and mascarpone is simply delicious and can be easily prepared in the Thermomix®. A dash of white wine and fresh herbs round off the whole thing perfectly. The preparation is uncomplicated and the result is a tasty and satisfying dish that the whole family will enjoy. Ideal for a cozy dinner or as a highlight for a small celebration.

Ingredients (13 ingredients)

  • 2 piece small turkey escalopes
  • 1 piece Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 12 cube Spinach frozen (the portionable)
  • 1 Spritzer Lemon juice
  • 1 Schuss White wine
  • 1 tbsp Mascarpone
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • to taste Nutmeg
  • Thyme
  • Basil
  • Rosemary

Preparation (5 steps)

Cook and chop turkey fillet

Thermomix® Setting
10 min/212°F/Speed 1 100

Add 500 ml of salted water to the mixing bowl and bring to the boil for 10 min./100°C/speed 1. Place the 2 small turkey escalopes in the simmering basket and insert. Continue cooking for 10 min./100°C/speed 1. Remove the simmering basket, let the turkey fillets cool and then cut very finely.

Chop and sauté onion and garlic

Put 1 onion, finely chopped, and 1 clove of garlic in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5. Add 1 tbsp olive oil and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Add spinach and let it simmer

5 min/212°F/Speed 1 100

Add 12 cubes of spinach (frozen, portionable) and 1 dash of white wine to the mixing bowl and simmer for 5 min./100°C/speed 1 without the measuring cup until the liquid has evaporated.

Prepare filling

Remove the mixing bowl from the Thermomix. Add the finely chopped turkey fillet, 1 tbsp mascarpone, 1 dash of lemon juice, salt, pepper, nutmeg, thyme, basil and rosemary to the mixing bowl and mix well.

Let the filling steep

Let the mixture steep for about ½ - 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Then fill the pasta with it.
