Description

This juicy cheesecake, also known as Russian Zupfkuchen, is a delicious dessert for special occasions. The preparation takes about 45 minutes, the baking time is 60 minutes. Ingredients (9 ingredients)

  • 150 g Cookies
  • 50 g Butter/Margarine
  • 350 g Quark
  • 2 Stück Eggs
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 100 ml Oil
  • 20 g Starch (or 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder)
  • 1 Päckchen Vanilla sugar
  • 350 ml Milk

Preparation (10 steps)

Chop cookies

Place 150 g of cookies in the mixing bowl and chop for 10 sec/speed 8. Then transfer.

Melt butter and mix with cookie crumbs

Place 50 g of butter/margarine in the mixing bowl and melt for 3 min/50°C/speed 2. Add the chopped cookies and mix for 10 sec/speed 3.

Prepare cookie base

Spread the cookie-butter mixture on the bottom of a silicone mold and press down firmly.

Prepare quark mixture

Place 350 g of quark, 2 eggs and 100 g of sugar in the mixing bowl and stir for 30 sec/speed 4.

Add oil, starch and vanilla sugar

Stir in 100 ml of oil in two steps. Add 20 g starch (or 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder) and 1 packet of vanilla sugar and stir for 20 sec/speed 3.

Stir in milk

Add 350 ml of milk and stir for 10 sec/speed 3.

Add MilkiMizer

Insert the Milkix instead of the mixing knife. Add 350 ml of milk and stir for 1 min/speed 3.5.

Pour in quark mixture

Pour the finished quark mixture onto the cookie crumbs in the silicone mold.

Bake cheesecake

Bake the cheesecake for 55 minutes on the lowest setting and then for 5 minutes on the highest heat.

After baking, let the cheesecake cool in the silicone mold.
