Description

Delicious stuffed bell peppers filled with ground meat, feta, and spices, cooked in a flavorful tomato sauce.

Ingredients (11 ingredients)

  • 1 Stück Onion
  • 2 Zehen Garlic
  • 4 Stück Bell peppers
  • 400 g Mixed ground meat
  • 1 Stück Egg
  • 150 g Feta
  • 2 EL Oregano
  • 1 EL Sweet paprika powder
  • 1 TL Salt
  • 0.5 TL Pepper
  • 400 g Tomato sauce

Preparation (4 steps)

Chop onions and garlic

Put 1 onion and 2 cloves of garlic in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5.

Prepare filling

Fry 400 g of mixed ground meat in a pan and let it cool. Then put the fried ground meat, 1 egg, 150 g of crumbled feta, the chopped onions and garlic, 2 tbsp oregano, 1 tbsp sweet paprika powder, 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper in the mixing bowl and mix for 10 sec./speed 3.

Prepare peppers

Wash 4 bell peppers, cut off the lids and remove the core.

Fill and bake peppers

25-30 min/Varoma/Speed 1 Varoma

Fill the bell peppers with the ground meat mixture. Pour 400 g tomato sauce over the peppers and put the lids on. Distribute the stuffed bell peppers in the Varoma container. Pour 500 ml water into the mixing bowl. Attach Varoma and steam for 25-30 min./Varoma/speed 1.
