Diese Garlic Infused Chicken Tacos sind ein absolutes Highlight für jeden Taco-Abend! Das zarte Hähnchenfleisch, verfeinert mit Knoblauch und einer leichten Schärfe, harmoniert perfekt mit der frischen Salsa und dem cremigen Käse. Die Zubereitung ist super einfach und schnell, ideal also für ein spontanes Abendessen oder eine Party mit Freunden. Ich mache sie besonders gerne im Sommer, wenn man draußen grillen kann. Wer es etwas milder mag, kann die Menge an Salsa reduzieren. Ein echter Gaumenschmaus, der garantiert jedem schmeckt!

Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 pound chicken tenderloins, diced
  • 0.5 piece onion, diced
  • 0.5 piece red bell pepper, diced
  • 0.5 can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 0.25 cup chopped fresh cilantro, or to taste
  • 0.5 cup chunky salsa
  • 4 piece large flour tortillas, or as needed
  • 0.25 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend, or to taste

Preparation (7 steps)

Garlic preparation

Thermomix® Setting

Add 4 cloves of garlic to the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./Stufe 7.

Sauté garlic

Thermomix® Setting
3 min/248°F/Speed 1 120

Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the mixing bowl and sauté the chopped garlic for 3 Min./120°C/Stufe 1.

Chicken preparation

Add 1 pound of diced chicken tenderloins to a skillet and cook and stir until chicken is no longer pink in the center, about 5 to 7 minutes. Set aside.

Onion and bell pepper preparation

Add ½ diced onion and ½ diced red bell pepper to the mixing bowl and chop for 3 Sek./Stufe 5.

Sauté vegetables

Thermomix® Setting
5 min/248°F/Speed 1 120

Add the cooked chicken, ½ (15 ounce) can of rinsed and drained black beans, and ¼ cup of chopped fresh cilantro to the mixing bowl. Sauté for 5 Min./120°C/Stufe 1 until the onion is tender.

Heat salsa

Thermomix® Setting
2 min/212°F/Speed 1 100

Stir in ½ cup of chunky salsa into the chicken mixture and heat through for 2 Min./100°C/Stufe 1.

Assemble tacos

Spoon the chicken mixture into 4 large flour tortillas and top with ¼ cup of shredded Mexican cheese blend, or to taste.
