  • 0.25 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 piece tomatillos, diced
  • 1 piece tomato, diced
  • 1 piece onion, finely diced
  • 5 clove garlic, minced
  • 1.25 cup prepared mole sauce
  • 0.33333333333333 cup chicken broth
  • 2 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 8 piece corn tortillas (6 inch)
  • 0.5 cup black beans - rinsed, drained, and warmed
  • 0.5 cup shredded lettuce
  • 0.125 cup crumbled queso fresco
  • 1 piece avocado, diced

Place the skinless, boneless chicken breast halves into the mixing bowl with the sauce. Cook for 20 Min./100°C/Stufe 1/Linkslauf.

Remove the cooked chicken breasts from the mixing bowl and shred using 2 forks.
