This Christmas cinnamon cheesecake from the Thermomix® is a festive dessert with curd, eggs, sugar and cinnamon. Preparation takes about 45 minutes, the active working time is 15 minutes. 100 g Sugar

100 g Flour

50 ml Oil

1 TL Baking powder

1 TL Cinnamon

1 TL Flavor (Rum or Vanilla)
Preparation (5 steps)
Preheat oven
Preheat the oven to 175°C top/bottom heat.
Mix sugar and cinnamon
Add 100 g sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon to the mixing bowl and mix. 10 sec/speed 3
Stir in eggs, curd, oil and flavor
Add 500 g curd, 2 eggs, 50 ml oil and 1 tsp flavor (rum or vanilla) to the mixing bowl and stir. 30 sec/speed 4
Mix and stir in flour and baking powder
Add 100 g flour and 1 tsp baking powder to the mixing bowl and stir in. 20 sec/speed 3
Pour dough into pan and bake
Pour the dough into a greased springform pan (20 cm diameter) and bake in the preheated oven for approx. 30 minutes.
