Description
This apple pudding cake is a delicious cake that is perfect for autumn. The cake consists of a simple dough base, a creamy apple pudding filling and is decorated with cream. Preparation takes about 75 minutes and is moderately difficult. Ideal for festive occasions or just for coffee.

Preparation (9 steps)
Beat eggs and sugar
Add 4 eggs and 120g sugar to the mixing bowl and beat for 3 min/speed 4 until the mixture is foamy.
Mix vanilla pudding powder and flour
Mix 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder with 120g flour and add to the dough. Stir in for 1 min/speed 3.
Bake dough
Pour the dough into a springform pan and bake at 150°C for about 20 minutes. Do a stick test.
Boil apple juice, wine and lemon juice
Put 375ml apple juice, 375ml wine and 6 tbsp lemon juice into the mixing bowl and bring to the boil for 10 min/100°C/speed 2.
Add apples, eggs and sugar
Add 7 grated apples, 3 eggs and 200g sugar and cook for 5 min/100°C/speed 2.
Add vanilla pudding
Add 3 packets of vanilla pudding powder and cook for 3 min/100°C/speed 2.
Add butter
Add 70g butter and stir for 1 min/speed 3.
Prepare egg white
Beat egg whites with sugar until stiff. Add egg yolks. Fold in vanilla and flour.
Finish cake
Pour the apple pudding mixture onto the baked base and let it cool. Decorate with cream.
