Ingredients (7 ingredients)

  • nonstick cooking spray
  • 4 piece tilapia fillets
  • 3 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1 dash pepper to taste

Preparation (5 steps)

Preheat Oven and Prepare Baking Dish

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. This step is done outside of the Thermomix to prepare for baking.

Prepare Tilapia Fillets

Rinse 4 tilapia fillets under cool water, and pat dry with paper towels. This step is done outside of the Thermomix to prepare the fish.

Chop Garlic

Place 1 clove of garlic into the Thermomix bowl and chop for 3 seconds on speed 7.

Prepare Fish for Baking

Place the tilapia fillets in the prepared baking dish. Pour 3 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice over the fillets, then drizzle 1 tablespoon of melted butter on top. Sprinkle with the chopped garlic, 1 teaspoon of dried parsley flakes, and 1 dash of pepper to taste. This step is done outside of the Thermomix to prepare the fish for baking.

Bake Tilapia

Bake in the preheated oven until the fish is white and flakes when pulled apart with a fork, about 30 minutes. This step is done outside of the Thermomix.
