Description
This simple chocolate sprinkles cake is a classic for every occasion. With few ingredients and a short preparation time, it is ideal for spontaneous visits or as a sweet treat with coffee. The cake is easy to prepare and is perfect for baking beginners. The chocolate sprinkles provide an extra enjoyment.
Ingredients (8 ingredients)

200 g Butter or margarine

160 g Sugar

1 Pk. Vanilla sugar

4 piece Eggs

160 g Milk

300 g Wheat flour Type 405

1 Pk. Baking powder

75 g Chocolate sprinkles
Preparation (5 steps)
Preheat oven
Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat.
Prepare baking pan
Grease the baking pan and sprinkle with flour or breadcrumbs.
Mix butter, sugar and vanilla sugar
Put 200 g butter or margarine, 160 g sugar and 1 Pk. vanilla sugar into the mixing bowl and mix for 2 min./speed 3.
Add eggs
Beat for another 2 min./speed 3 and add the 4 eggs one after the other through the lid opening.
Add remaining ingredients
Add 160 g milk, 300 g wheat flour Type 405, 1 Pk. baking powder and 75 g chocolate sprinkles to the remaining ingredients in the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec./speed 4.
