Description

This cinnamon swirl cake from the Thermomix® is a delicious cake with butter, eggs, flour, milk and sugar. It belongs to the category cakes and is ideal as a breakfast or dessert.   • 70 g Butter
  • 2 Stück Eggs
  • 400 g Flour
  • 350 g Milk
  • 170 g Sugar
  • 1 Pck Baking powder
  • 1 Prise Salt
  • 100 g Butter
  • 1 EL Cinnamon
  • 50 g Brown sugar
  • 2 EL Powdered sugar
  • 3 EL Milk
  • 1 EL Yogurt

Preparation (8 steps)

Mix butter and eggs until fluffy

Put 70 g butter and 2 eggs in the mixing bowl and mix for 2 min./speed 4 until fluffy.

Add remaining dough ingredients and mix

Add 400 g flour, 350 g milk, 170 g sugar, 1 pack baking powder and 1 pinch of salt and mix for 2 min./kneading stage to form a smooth dough.

Place dough in baking dish

Put the dough in a greased baking dish.

Melt butter and mix with sugar and cinnamon

Put 100 g butter in the mixing bowl and melt for 3 min./50°C/speed 2. Add 50 g brown sugar and 1 tbsp cinnamon and stir for 10 sec./speed 3.

Spread butter-sugar mixture on dough

Spread the butter-sugar mixture on the dough in the baking dish and fold in or marble with a spoon.

Bake cake

Bake the cake at 180°C top/bottom heat for 30-40 min. Do a toothpick test!

Prepare glaze

For the glaze, put 2 tbsp powdered sugar, 3 tbsp milk and 1 tbsp yogurt in the mixing bowl and stir for 20 sec./speed 3.

Spread glaze on cake

Spread the glaze on the still hot cake.
