Description
This simple apple cake from the Thermomix® is a juicy treat with apples, eggs, sugar and quark. Preparation in the Thermomix® takes about 65 minutes, of which 20 minutes are active working time. The recipe yields one cake portion and is ideal as a dessert, for breakfast or for the autumnal coffee table. Thanks to the simple preparation, the apple cake is a great family recipe.

Preparation (9 steps)
Preheat oven
Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat. Line a round tin (22 cm) with baking paper.
Beat eggs, sugar and salt
Put eggs, sugar and salt in the mixing bowl and beat until frothy.
Stir in butter
Add soft butter and stir in.
Add quark and stir
Add quark and stir until smooth.
Mix flour and baking powder and stir briefly
Add flour and baking powder and stir briefly.
Pour dough into the tin
Pour the dough into the prepared tin and smooth it out.
Place apples on top
Cut the apples into slices and spread them on the dough.
Bake cake
Bake the cake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
Sprinkle with icing sugar
After baking, sprinkle with icing sugar.
