Description

This yeast tray cake according to M+K, prepared in the Thermomix®, is a classic fruit cake with milk, yeast, sugar, flour and fresh fruit. The recipe from the cake category is suitable for both breakfast and dessert. Preparation takes a total of 75 minutes, of which 20 minutes is active work. Ideal for a family meal or coffee.

  • 125 g Milk
  • 0.5 Stück Yeast
  • 40 g Sugar
  • 350 g Flour
  • 1 Stück Egg
  • 1 Priese Salt
  • 1300 g Fruit
  • 50 g Butter

Mix milk, yeast and sugar

Put 125 g milk, 1/2 cube yeast (or dry yeast) and 40 g sugar into the mixing bowl.

Add flour, butter, egg and salt

Put 350 g flour, 50g butter, 1 egg and 1 pinch of salt into the mixing bowl.

Let the dough rise

Let the dough rise in the mixing bowl at 30 degrees for about 30 minutes until it has doubled in size.

Prepare fruit

Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat. Roll out the dough on a greased baking sheet. Prepare 1300-1500 g of fruit of your choice. If desired, place the Wundermix WunderSlicer V2 with the appropriate disc (fine or coarse, depending on the type of fruit and the desired size) on the mixing bowl lid. Add the fruit to the Wundermix WunderSlicer V2 and cut. Spread the sliced ​​fruit on the dough.

Bake the cake in the preheated oven for approx. 35 minutes.
