Description

This vegetarian tortellini pan is a quick and easy dish for everyday life. With fresh broccoli, green beans and cocktail tomatoes, it is rich in vitamins and fiber. The creamy cream sauce rounds off the dish and makes it a delicious main course for the whole family. Prepared in the Thermomix® this meal is ready in no time.

Ingredients (12 ingredients)

  • 1 Kopf Broccoli
  • 200 g Green beans
  • 200 g Cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 Stück Onion
  • 1 Zehe Garlic
  • 500 g Tortellini
  • 1 EL Olive oil
  • 200 g Cream
  • 1 EL Vegetable broth powder
  • nach Geschmack Salt
  • nach Geschmack Pepper
  • nach Geschmack Chili

Preparation (5 steps)

Prepare vegetables

Divide broccoli into florets, halve green beans and halve cocktail tomatoes. Peel and quarter the onion. Peel the garlic clove.

Chop onion and garlic

Place onion and garlic in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 seconds/speed 5. Push down with the spatula.

Sauté onion and garlic

Add olive oil and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Prepare cream sauce

Thermomix® Setting
5 min/194°F/Speed 2 90

Add cream and vegetable broth powder and cook for 5 min./90°C/speed 2. Season with salt, pepper and chili.

Add vegetables and tortellini

Thermomix® Setting
3 min/194°F/Linkslauf Speed 1 90 Reverse

Add broccoli florets, green beans, cocktail tomatoes and tortellini to the mixing bowl and mix in for 3 min./90°C/reverse rotation speed 1.
